Doubt if I'm any better. Challenge is usually around having the correct reamer for a worn stem. Stems measure tulipped, reamers are hopefully straight. Leads to a less than ideal fit when valves are reused.

I have a big crossbar-style handle for the reamers. Easier than a T style.

NoVA, PA and MD folks,

I had a guy deck my heads, grind all 32 seats and valves and reinstall everything with new valve guide seals for $225. That was two years ago and car is still running strong. I'm not sure if he's still in the hobby but I can check if anyone nearby needs work done.
