Default Clutch Spring Washer Position.

O.K. maybe I am over thinking this but, What is the correct position on the Spring Washer?
Is the convex or concaved side supposed to be facing the throwout bearing?

The WSM only shows the diagram and it is hard to tell but also states to " position correctly" so I assume there is a reason for this.

There is more tension on the pressure plate fingers if the Spring washer is flipped from convex to concave so there should be a reason for this.

[piling on] Yep. [/piling on]

This is for the SD clutch, but it shows the 'concave up' position nicely:

Thanks guys I have been stressing on this since yesterday and could not come up with the answer.

After completing the TT rebuild I started having shifting issues with the clutch and have not been able to drive it since then.

Back into the garage to finish this up once and for all.
