Cutting wheel studs :(
I just use a 4 1/2 grinder with a cutoff disk.
Put a nut on the stud to the proper length and use that just as a guide.
Take the nut off and file at an angle.

I have done that many times not only with wheel studs but studs and bolts over an inch in diameter.
On construction sites much can be learned.

I have a good finger thickness between the tire and fender. I could probably fit them with a 15mm spacer as Cosmo mentioned.
But I actually like how they look now, so I will probaly just cut the studs and run with no spacer.

I left mine alone...
I use open face steel lug nuts torqued to spec, then I put the stock aluminum lug nuts on to cover the studs. Problem solved and I can still put the spacers back on should I change wheels or offsets.
