Default Where is the best place to buy Torco, Amsoil, Rpyal Purple, ....?

I used my last quart of Torco supplied by Greg Brown today. Where do people buy this stuff or other high quality oils with ZDDP? I sent to four different parts houses before trying Pep Boys (they had Royal Purple $11/qt), then Walmart. No love from Sam Walton.

Thanks for recommendations. I'm not a fan of Mobil 1, nothing to do with the oil, just don't like the company (now Exxon Mobil).

I've been sourcing Torco through Pitstop usa. I wasn't familiar with them previously, but they had good pricing and were lighting fast on shipping a couple of orders I placed for ATF, gear oil etc.

Dan, I buy Royal Purple, by the case through Summit Racing. It's at the house in a day from their warehouse in Sparks, Nv. Prolly take a extra day to Az.
It's around 8 bucks a quart, if you get it by the case. They also have promo's usually with case purchases, get some free stuff too.

Dan buy ahead by the case on all these - shop arounds (reputables) then just have it shipped.

AMSoil main site ships from AZ - quick.

Excellent recommendations! I was curious to see if there were retail locations that offered these specialty oils, seems not. Thanks for the info.

Dan,
Pep Boys carry Royal Purple. In another thread "Finally!" provided this URL for a coupon: http://www.pepboys.com/sale_specials..._oilfilter_cp/. Five quarts of Royal Purple and oil filter for $35. Since RP does not make filters for Porsche you must buy "any RP filter" to get the discount, then immediately return it for refund ($8.49). Five quarts of RP for $26.51--great deal. Each coupon is good for the purchase of 10 quarts. You have a Pep Boys on S. Arizona Ave in Chandler.

This looks like a interesting deal on Amsoil:

If you do it, let us know if there is a 'catch'.
