Default Norcal 928 track weekend at Thunderhill!!!

www.ncracing.org

I am planning on racing at the Saturday March 3rd event and racing both days for the April 7-8 weekend at Thunderhill....

Petty is optimistic he can make the April 7-8 weekend and we might be able to convince Kibort to make it....

I might be testing a NEW 928 racer.....one with a proper 5 speed transmission...things are in the works.....hopefully it works out!!!!!

Okay who else is in!!!!

Just fly up and I'll pick you up!!!

The "New" racer is street legal....well sorta anyway.....I am optimistic it will be here and ready by then.....

Plus I need to dial in my new swaybar (thanks Sean) to keep my LSD from slipping....I hope I can get that done on the March 3rd event....

Hmm.....with a non slipping LSD I think I can get the 215whp Estate into the 2:05's over the top on slicks......I wonder what the New racer with its Euro engine + 5 speed could do? HMMMMMMMMM

Sure we have PLENTY of room.... 20x40 shop with only 2 cars right now....probably 1 by then.....we have fit 4 cars in the past quite easy....

You probably could leave the trailer up there too!!!

I'll try and make it. It would be fun to lead/follow and try to break 2:05 It always fun with two similiar cars on track.

If you have a well running street 928.......you can always sign up for drivers school....really not that hard on the cars at all....and you will learn SO much about what a 928 can really do!!!!

Not so worried about the beating on the car (it was built to take it) more of the beating on my wallet after buying my new ride. Looks like $129 for Drivers School for first timers. Do I have that right?
