Is that with all you spent so far or, what the total of the build will be?

I suspect he is more in the realms of the live open air performance of the Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves, not that they danced or took their clothes off but there was IIRC about 1000 of them

Ahhhh, now I know. I sent Simon a message last week and he didn't reply. The engine is looking good.

Will you have to go to a aftermarket ECU? That is going to be awesome!

Nope, using JDS's box of tricks to fool the ECU and EZ-F that all is good, while actually using Alpha-N. Of course it will need new maps, but that should be easy with the help of the Sharkplotter, a good mapper, who I know and a race track that is cheap to use...

(Says he, keeping fingers crossed and praying)

P.S. Jon and Imre, once I used to have a spreadsheet, then I pressed Shift-F9, looked at the result and pressed Delete...

Default Quick Update...

Fuel lines and injectors back in...

Throttle linkage. Used some BMW parts and adapted some Porsche parts, but most importantly, it works

ICV plugged in and the rest of the vacuum lines being connected. Should help us synchronise the ITBs. Some called this cheating

Completely refreshed wireing harness

We are getting there...

More progress - we made some custom trumpets for the ITBs and put the custom fuel lines in.

Also decided to drop the super heavy radiator shroud and fit fans from the aircon on a BMW 5-series. The hot air will be exhausted thru a proper vent on the bonnet...

No idea - perhaps you are seeing the flange of the dry sump pump? The motor is running a normal belt tensioner

Sorry to hear about the knee injury. Hope you get well soon.

Will miss Snetterton but hopefully will make Brands. Problem is that I would have to learn to drive it again as it will be much different

its my foot lol. thats true when i went from a big single turbo to twin turbo in the gt2 it felt like a different car. i know its more money but if you can do the test day on friday at brands its well worth it. every time i didnt do it in the porsche open i played catch up all race day. its probably why i rarely qualify well, food for thought mate!
