If you've got the old square drive cam sprockets, you may consider upgrading to the round tooth if your cam, crank, or oil pump gears show any wear.
Otherwise, PKsnr, '87 and up Laso plastic impeller pump, and a gates belt. You'll have to inquire with Roger about his recommendation for a belt if you stay with square drive.
If you do go to round teeth, be sure and get the updated steel oil pump gear. And if you do, you will need to install the new steel gear without the backing washer for correct alignment.

I just watched the video.... (Couldn't view it on my phone)
Yeah... That's way too loose. The belt normally will make a note when twanged when tensioned properly.
If that belt condition were present on an interference motor, you would be a very lucky guy. I'm amazed that it didn't skip teeth. Have you checked to see if the OT and cam alignment makes were still correct?

Ok. Turn your tensioner bolt a few turns just to take out o
Some of the slack. Do not be tempted to start the car. Disconnect your battery, and Rotate your crank clockwise until the OT mark is aligned with the pointer. Your cam gears each have a notch on the back side. They should line up close to the small marks on the backing plate behind the cam gears. If the notches don't line up, you will need to go around another rotation with the crank. I'm interested to see if it skipped. Blow was it running? Rough?
My car was almost as loose as that when I got the covers off too. My water pump had migrated, and it appeared one tooth off, but it could have just been the results of an old stretched belt...
