Hey guys, was just perusing eBay for misc. 928 parts (relays etc) and found...
This
From a business that went under apparently. TONS of misc pistons. Couple sets of cams. He's selling it as a lot looks like, i wish he would be willing to break it down. He could probably fetch more that way as well, there's so many things on there that i really want/need.

Calling it a business is a perhaps an overstatment. Sadly when a junk yard closes down what is left is usually junk. Think about it someone needs a cylinder head so you send a good one and leave the marginal or bad one in a pile do that over and over and then when you realize your about done you stop buying cars and try to blow out the bits but not much is usually left or it is stuff which few ever need.
It is hard to throw away Porsche parts so this pile was sold to someone who hoped to make money but now they are trying to pass it on.

Did some further digging about this "Mason" guy. Seems like he wasn't very professional at all, judging by some of his posts on Pelican. I quote:
"...the gang bangers of the 928 world (who are all mega geek puzzies for sure- not ONE would EVER throw down, but all will chatter away )..."
Throw down? Really? It's a business not the streets, ethics apply.
Oh and Danny i don't know about some of the stuff but those pistons looked to be in decent condition, like they just need a blasting with soda or bead.

If anyone buys this...I'm pretty excited about that box of used belts.
