I always figure that if you are going to build a kit car, or some really wild custom vehicle, a 928 makes good bones. The 928 is powerful, it handles very well, and has a nice interior, etc. It obviously ceases to look like a 928 at a certain point, but it still has all that nice engineering under the surface.

What a pointless POS.
Quite like the headlight arrangement if it could be configured into a stock set up but that's about it.
$20k on a stroker motor -yes indeed. $50k for an exceptional performance oriented 928- why not but £68k [over $100k] for a pig with lipstick? - get real!
