Per your sig your car has had many changes to the injection system fuel delivery. Id start by going through each connection and inspection of all fuel related lines etc.
Inspect the cannister as Stan describes above and check the fuel pump and filter area.
If your oxygen sensor wire is internally broken, then your ECU is running in open loop, meaning it's not accepting any inputs from various sensors, and is running on a preset software patch designed to keep the car running, but will yield horrible gas mileage.
I'd fix that wire as soon as you can. Or you can read it out with a multimeter from the connector to the ECU connector to see if it's actually broken. It may just be the insulator that's damaged. Still, you should replace or fix the wire, because it will eventually fully fail.
If the inner wire is also damaged, it may be making intermittent contact with the shielding. The shielding is grounded, so the O2 sensor signal wire gets grounded if they touch. When that happens, the fuel injection computer thinks that the engine is running lean, even if it really isn't. The computer then responds by adding more fuel to try to correct the lean condition that it thinks is occurring, which ends up actually making the mixture too rich. That may explain at least part of the source of the gas smell you're getting, and also why it seems to be somewhat intermittent. It would only be occurring when the O2 signal wire is actually making electrical contact with the shielding.
Did you smell the gas just after a fill up? If so, the problem is in the rear of the car. Under the rear deck on the passenger side, there is a plastic cap that covers the top of tank and the fuel level sender. There is a seal that is probably letting fuel escape the cap and then it drains back out through the drain hole . Just fixed it on mine.

God damn ! You guys are amazing ! The T at the charcoal canister was gone ! But now I hear charcoal at the those things that convert the thicker hose to vacuum lines . When I shake it I can hear the charcoal , what should I do ?
Hey guys so I fixed couple things today that I had to, to take care of my recent 4 tickets that I got in single day like that charcoal canister T and put new head lights on screwed front plate on and missing Chicago city sticker, even new proof of insurance ,anyways I looked at my tbelt thru the cover holes and I saw little bit of the cam gear and I'm not sure are you supposed to see only belt ?check out the pic I'm just worried and don't know if to tow it for tomorrow's. Tbelt check or drive it ?
on the charcoal canister make sure you have it set the correct way,
chances are it was correctly set but pay careful attention to how the lines are routed,
if its upside down then charcoal bits can be drawn out of the ports.
