The mass appeal of the 928. Is it regional?

Dan that pic should be called 'Running of the Bulls' my favorite.
I get comments all the time but it don't come out to play too often. Would be interesting to see, do daily drivers get less attention/ notice than say garage queens?
I was following the wife on the highway, she was flying the 928, and a guy on a Harley passed us up than slowed down to cruise along side the porsche. I saw him look at her for quite a long while. Gave her the thumbs up. I hope he was checking out the car and not her because there would be nothing I could do to defend her honor....
After our Wedding some guy in a Sienna backed into the front fender. Said "It was so low he didn't see it" (well so are kids) Than he asked "Is that a Fiat?" (I KILL YOU)
I think condition and color has much to do with it. George shocked me at a Devek event when he ask "Slate Blue?" Me "Ummm huh, uh, yeah...?"
