Default What's this? Passenger fender

It is at the front of the passenger fender. Maybe a resistor. 86.5

it is a resistor for the low speed aux fan setting.

In other words, when the aux fan is running, and you turn off the car, it goes through this to reduce the speed so that the car doesnt sound like its taken off.

If you remove it connect the leads directly together. But your car will be louder if its really hot when you turn the car off.
