If it was the head gasket , would it push pressure into the cooling system at all time or Just when engine is warm ? There is no bubbles when I rev the engine in reservoir tank , and the boiling coolant extra pressure made the reservoir tank dump coolant , and also made my radiator end tank leak right ?

If the impeller wasn't spinning but the thermostat opens, wouldn't there be some heat in the thermostat housing hose? If it's ambient the thermostat is closed. Either way, its' very symple to test the thermostat. Takes all but 10 min to remove and dump it into boiling cup of water.

Advice --- on any new-to-owner 32V car --- perform complete teardown, inspection and refresh of timing belt / WP / belts / hoses very early in your ownership experience.
One can't really trust that the service was performed properly by a previous owner / shop.
If its not a new pump, pull it now. Replace only with a new Lasso or new Porsche pump.
If its a rebuilt, which it probably is, you don't want to swap it for another rebuilt.
Best not to talk yourself into any abbreviated version of this plan.

^^^^ what Chris said, put in a new Laso,
pull the radiator and replace the end tank.
NOTE this wasnt caused by the car running hot this time it has happened over the many years the radiator has been in the car, when you get the old tank out you will see a small area at the top of the tank that has a whitish crust this is an airpocket that can not be removed thus the flange on the tank fractures over time due to the hot gasses working on it.
Replace the thermostat and the rear seal ,
and the front o ring ,
replace the coolant bottle cap,
replace the heater control valve and short hose
pull the radiator and replace the end tank.

If you are sure there is no coolant flow, the water pump has to be removed.
I wouldn't worry about the radiator end tank weepage until it becomes a leak. The lack of coolant flow is critical, the small leak is not.
The danger is that you will overheat your engine, warp the heads, and blow the head gaskets. Pull the water pump now before this gets more expensive.

hello
Hey everybody , yes this was a failed water pump case , impeller came loose and also my block got touched with the impeller but the mechanic said it will be fine , wht do you think? By block i mean that openeing that water pump impeller aligns to, I mean you can feel the edge from the pump but it doesn't seem too be too bad , also mechanic suggested new belt since he's there and I was missing a tbelt tensioner gasket so I oredered those and should be here by Friday . Check out the pics and let me know what you think and what could that couse now? The labor for all this will be 350$ if I'm not clear please ask questions, I suck at explaining I been told....

The block looks pretty good from here. I've seen much worse. I know you are the second owner of that vehicle, and the pump was sold to the previous owner, but I would still like to replace that water pump for you.
Send the bad one here and I'll get you a replacement promptly. We pin the impellers now before the water pumps are shipped so this cannot happen in the future.

Never ever use a rebuilt pump. If the water pump has a metal impeller it is a rebuild.
Only use a new Laso with a plastic impeller or a new Porsche with plastic impeller.

Do a search on this issue. You may need to trial fit the new pump and use some modeling clay on the block to check the clearance. If it is not to bad you may be OK. It depends on how deep the impeller milled into the block.

Nice that you found the problem.
Just went through this thread for the first time and with what you mentioned in #35
...and the upper hose got nice and hot while the lower one was freezing cold also no heat inside the car...
It had to be the pump or a clog system.
If you need to repair the block, you can use Dwayne 's procedure:

A very good one like all the others from him.
Hope you won't need to go through this!
