I tried that but apparently without enough vigor.

I wonder if there's a cap P/N that fits lower down? It does seem to stick out excessively far.

Default Thanks for your concern

Thanks for your concern

I used my lift to change the tires and the pictures were taken after a 15 mile road test. It usually takes 50 + miles for it be back to factory specs.

I keep the car at the recommended factory ride height. The front suspension will settle to 26.25 right now it's 26.75 (all quick measurements from the front fender). The rear is now at 24.75 and will settle to 24.5.

I check my ride height on very regular basis and based on the procedures and specs in the WSM. I check my alignment with the laser tools I developed in house and I have experienced perfect tire wear.

I recently purchased these wheels as well, but just have not had the time put them on. So i'm glad to read that the ride height has not settled.

IMHO the overall circumference of the wheel/tire combo should be close if you are using low profile (35/40 series) tires so your ride height should be very close to what you started from.

Others have ground the open end down to shorten them.

Which center cap is that? Hard to see in the photo.
I used the same center cap as I had on my 17" cup II wheels

Those look great, also very impressed with your 'alignment' tools.

The Panamera wheels look as if they were stock wheels from the factory on my 928 S4.
