Default What's this connector plug into?

I was messing around near the LH and EZK this weekend and notice a third connector that I hadn't noticed before. There are two rectangular plugs, one of which is the coding plug, the other is the diagnostic port. I never noticed the third connector, which looks a lot like the knock sensor plug--its got two or three pins inside it.

It wasn't hooked up to anything--should it be??

CO pot connector, for non-cat cars ? If it is that one, then it would be a 3 pin Bosch type.

That's my best guess without a pic.
