There is only one word that describes the first one........

The white car is a 1962 Renault Dauphine our local 928 guru Jim Page recently purchased.

Interesting history.
In 1962 the car was sold in Green Bay to the same family that sold the car to Jim.
It's 100% original (including the tires) and Jim was working at the Renault dealership back in '62 when the it was sold.
There is a good chance he prepped this car at the dealership.

Quite the time capsule.

I was in a Renault Dauphine when my mother crashed it into a tree next to the highway. Totalled the car, caused some major cuts to my mom's face (no seat belts), but I was in the back seat and didn't get injured. Oh the memories...

My mother had one too. It would regularly 'change ends' on her - thankfully she never hit anything except a gate post hooked around a bumper. When it got stuck four guys could lift it easily.

I'm sure you meant all the guys are aging. Lorelei and Mrs. Murphy are looking young as always. And I'm digging the dark hair too. ;-)

You guys are lucky to have such a great ( and active ) group up there. It looks like I missed a great time.

Thanks goodness Jesus shaves....

"The Rhudytudes"

Blessed are the beer keepers,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are they who spoon with Rhudy,
for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the Cheeseheads,
for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for Pabst Blue Ribbon,
for they shall be satisfied.

Blessed are the Murph superchargers,
for they shall obtain terminal velocity.

Blessed are the pure of heart,
for they shall see AO's belly plastered on their hood.

Blessed are the Favre haters
for they shall be called douchers

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of a homo joke,
for theirs is the kingdom of their domain.

- Gospel of St. Jadz928

Actually we called him Friar Rhudy.

I was able to capture what's happening inside Rhudy's head this weekend...

Great party as always - almost felt out of place with a "stock" 928 given all the various forms of boost in the crowd.
