Default Mobil 1 15/50 back at Wal- Mart

My local store had it on the shelf- price scanned @
$ 26.62 for a 5 qt jug.
Looks like it will be back nationally according to this:

http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/...t_Walmart.aspx

Check the shelf at your store- it may already be there.

Sorry if it's already been posted...

Knowing how WalMart operates on this green kick, I would want confirmation that it hasn't been reformulated.

Great to hear! INteresting comment on the 0W-40. Is there concensus that the 1000/1100 ppm Ph/Zn content in the 0W40 is as good on the flat tappet engines as the 1200/1300 ppm found in the 15W50?

Assuming this is still accurate?

Bought 10 quarts at NAPA. $5.98 for all grades M1 (until 9/30).

FYI: recommend to call first. Not all locations have 9-10 quarts on the shelf (but they can get it).

Yeah, went to my local Wally World yesterday & they had one stinkin bottle of the 15/50, like that does me any good! They tried to call the next nearest store to see if they had any & gave up after 10 mins. of not getting thru to the automotive dept. So I settled on the 10/40HM, which is actually what I've used in my '85 anyways. Hopefully, they'll be stocked up soon on the 15/50, but I noticed they didn't have an item sticker for it on the shelves.
