Default '82 5-Speed Transmission For Sale, Brand new

This is the transmission that halted my first naive 928 project. It was rebuilt with all new internals and externals. All new parts from Roger or Porsche directly. I don't think anything old is still on it. I drove it home from the shop (7miles) and it was the smoothest thing I've ever shifted. I am pretty much done parting the car out. I have the tranny on a pallet and am willing to ship some how. I live in San Angelo TX, 76905. Less than four hours from DFW or San Antonio. Attached is the reciept for labor and some pics and a video. I will garantee it as much as I legally can. The car was a 1982 US non S. Hoping to recover some of the money I spent. I am not yet ready for a 928. I will drive 5 hours to help with delivery.

Thanks,
Bryan

No comments, criticism or interest yet? I spent over 5K on it and I'm desperate enough to take under 2.

There won't be money for that for awhile. I really messed up with this yellow car. 4k off Ebay and over 10K in drivetrain repairs. The car wasn't even worth 1,000 when I got it. I was determined to restore it. That faded as the money went and I found this forum and kept reading.

Still no takers? This is the easy cheap way for anyone with the right car and need to smooth shifting. I suppose I'll put it on Ebay this week.

Maybe start high on ebay, it could take a few cycles to attract attention from buyers.

Some things people might want to know about the transmission;

What parts were replaced?
What model is it? (stamped into the bottom)
Does it have a LSD?
Any references for the shop that did the work?

Not that you asked but I'd avoid saying brand new but I would get a list of all the parts replaced and show the cost.

I agree that an itemized list showing all the replaced gears, shafts and synchros is a GREAT idea.... Thats what I got when I had mine rebuilt....

What else do you have left off of that car? Torque tube, clutch parts?

Ditto on what others have said. Model? LSD? List of replaced parts?

My brother will be leaving MN for Wesleco in a week or two so I am posibly interested in him picking it up.

See if anyone can decode this number. It is the one on the bottom. Here are the clutch parts I paid to have put in as well. Not sure which is the pressure plate and which is the clutch but they are new. The aluminum cover that the starter and (slave cylinder I believe) mount to is not pictured. That is all I have left. The TT and drive shaft are sold.
I am still trying to get a list from the shop where I had the rebuild done. So far I know it includes the 5 synchro rings, the differential gears and the bearing. I doubt this is LSD.
I was going to list the clutch parts after this but might as well throw it in there since I got pics. Thanks for the help and I'll get the rest of the info from Rankin Transmission today. As far as price goes.... Let's see if it is LSD. Used ones on ebay are under a grand. I know I paid too much...
