Tthat was CNC coolant. Those gears were dry cut.

Hmmmm. Someday I will graduate from my desktop cnc mills, buit I doubt I will ever be ready for something like this though. Imagine how much damage a machine could do to itself in an instant with that much power and a bug in the Gcode.

Im not sure what is more amazing. How the part is made or the machine that makes the part.

They use a broach to cut the keyway.
