Need help w/Borla catback exhaust.
Getting ready to upgrade exhaust on my 83. The 81 came with an Ansa catback and I love how it sounds, but after a lot of search on here Ive decide that the Borla makes more sense-more bang for the buck, looks better, lasts longer. The problem is Borla only lists 78-82 for this. Ansa says theirs fits 78-84. Will the Borla fit 83-84? Whats the difference?

Charly,
I am pretty sure it fits up to 84 on US cars.
Roger
PS: If you buy one and it does not fit I will buy it from you.

Thanks Roger. Dean has a Borla cat back on his son's 80 that he painted that georgeous green, sounds great.I had considered fabbing something, but I think this and your Y pipe will be the way to go.

Fits just right on my '84 US auto. One thing before putting it altogether, I cleaned out as best I could, all the little metal shavings left over from Borla assembly. Didn't know if it was a bad thing to be left in there...
