S4 - Warm Start issues...

On a whim I checked the MAF ohms on 4 and 6. They were... 40. So I have adjusted the ohms up to 382.
Now, warm, the car will simply not start with the foot off the pedal. If I ****** it up while starting with gas pedal, I can keep it running for a few moments, but not for long.
So, even though the receipts say this is a new maf, if I am doing the adjustment correctly, someone has changed it or... something to make the car run - and it has been running quite well once running.
I'm quite confused now.

The owner has another 87. I will possibly test that LH in the car and see if there is any difference.

Why not try another battery disconnect followed by an Italian Tune-Up? I have noticed that after a reset, my idle is lower when I drive it slow versus driving it hard. If I let it run to red in first and second gear, it seems like the LH adapts a higher idle since the needle is around 700-750 when warm.

Not much. Haven't had the time to fully troubleshoot it.
It happens only when restarted while warm or hot and lasts about a minute or so. If it stalls, I restart and feather the throttle keeping it at about 2k and it goes away in less than a minute.
I was told it may be the ISV so I shot some WD40 into the ISV vacuum hose. It seemed to help since the symptom went away for a couple days. Did it again just the other day, but it didn't help at all. The battery was disconnected too.
