I live off Byhalia road south of Collierville. There is a red one in Collierville; I've seen the white one once coming down 385 on the way to work. That's about it for a 928 population. Mine is Venetian Blue. Where are you at?

Where are you in Memphis? I've seen a brown one, a black GTS and a white S4.

I bought my new $63 mirror from Porsche, glass and backing heater plate only, couple years ago. I just bought a spare from www.928Intl.com during their 1/2 price sale on used parts. The trick with them is that they only keep the nicest parts, usually almost new looking.

The one on the right of the two laughing their asses off.

Dave Smith mentioned you were involved with aviation. I just know the F4 from the photos my dad took in Vietnam. If you make it back down to Panama city/Destin maybe I'll have my dad come out for drinks, I'm sure he'd be interested.

I was an avionics technician on the whole series of F4.; specialized in the Navigation systems. One of our systems on the F4D was the APX76 IFF interrogator. It tied right in with the weapons control radar. Your Dad may be familiar with it. I worked the F4 at George AFB in CA and Zweibrucken AB in Germany.
I've been working in the avionics field all my life now. That's one reason I love the 928, it's built like an aircraft in many ways.
