Constantine,
Since you said you wanted to sell your own products I have looked after my customers needs. As always your products are the best but there are a lot of customers who want to do the work themselves on a budget.
If you have the carriers for the stock set up I am all ears and do not want to reinvent the wheel.
Best,
Roger

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

Hi Roger,
We have sold and continue to sell our products through other vendors. Not including our limited partnership with you on the Super Clamps.
Don't understand stock set up, do you mean the old stock carriers?
We have a bunch those...

Honestly I would not even consider using anything but the Superbearings, BTDT.
Once you get them in your hand you will understand the difference, they are massive compared to the stock ones.
I have read comments about how long the stock ones last, maybe I am the odd man out here, but I have seen them be bad at around 50,000 miles.

But I don't think I will do another 23 years and 100,000 miles on the new bearings .... And that is the reason I look at using the SKF instead. And saving a bit of money ...

My car have 116,500 miles on it and one of the TT bearing started making some noise last year at around 113,000 miles. I did check the Super Bearings and ,from your comments, it seems to be a great product ![thumbup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/thumbup.gif)

Use what you want to man, just trying to save you some trouble.
Not sure why I got the roll eyes thing, but carry on.

The superbearings are considered an upgrade to what is out there and has value to even the next owner of your vehicle and could help in getting a little more $ for your car or sealing the deal when your time with it is up.As I said before if your budget can handle it, it has value. Good luck with whatever road you go down.

You can buy bearing for under $25 and rebuild the tube in a couple of hours. Most of the original tubes lasted 100K miles. It is doubtful the owner of a 928 now will not drive it that far overall.
I am currently refreshing the engine well for my 78. Without a timing belt that was done some time ago I will be almost $1000 just in materials and parts. That includes making my own gas lines and second sourcing seals and bearings. Just the gaskets are a couple hundred. So a dollar saved here and there makes it possible to keep the car going.

I can definately respect where Dan is coming from however having installed the super high quality super bearings and working with constantine on the installation...i don't regret a thing and would do it again in a heartbeat!
