went out on the test drive today after the timing and fuel map tweeks.

its a new car... AGAIN!!! i cant wait to get some numbers. she is quicker now then i could have ever dreamed. (minus the turbo/SC dreams of course)

timing -done
fuel map- done
PWM adjusted - done
Idle set 900 ish - done
oil breather set up - done

now all i really have left is future Lizard headers.

and now to get the shark woofer up to speed.

Second Dyno run today. timing adjusted, fuel map 97% complete.... jumped up to 250HP and 280Ft torque at the rear wheels on a Steadystate dyno. im sure if i was on a inertia style dyno the numbers would be way higher. but a 40hp jump works for me, what a rocket.

on another note.

on the dyno (*** end up on the rollers so on an downward slope) she smoked like a train... CHOOOO CHOOO. made me sad. figured the rings were crazy bad or something. Provent was DRY as a bone, perfect. BUT after a few min driving it home all the smoke went bye bye. runs clean now. WTF??? Tuner said some cars act funny at that angle and smoke???? eh?

You should have no problem with gap at .045"

You say fuel is fine. Export then email me your fuel and ign tables to look over.

might as well do an update since i have had a few people asking.

that Stumble i mentioned turned out to be a Coil Dwell setting being wonky. fixed that and the problem went away. I also had Colin come out and do some tune work on the car. we drove around and he worked his magic and now the car runs and even feels better. picked up a few MPG as well.

ok, refresh my memory... this is a full euro hybrid? 250rwhp, should be more lke 290rwhp, but maybe you have more US parts on it.

No it's a full euro. Just a crap tune when I did the last dyno run. I'm also running way better headers now
