Duc,

Sorry for the delay. Been a bit busy but the scoop came out good and solid, dimensionally accurate. My painting job not so much so far, but I'm hoping to get back to it soon.

Do you have the print out of the AFR from the dyno run? Or a screenshot of your target AFR's? What are you using to tune? Tuner studio?

Auto tuning or are you manually going in and changing based on logs? Just curious.

doing the logs by hand.

WELL. i she was running a tag rich at idle. and when i was hunting under the car for that smoke issue i found a bad collector gasket. SOOOOOO looks like i might have dyno'd the car with an exhaust leak. so everything is a tad rich.

going to start thinking on how i want to do the exhaust (to loud) and when i get that redone, i will reset the AFR and re tune. might help with power.

9 - 10 mpg?? You got more going on than just a "little rich"... It sounded like the car ran well... it is a beautiful piece of machinery. I'm sure you'll get her sorted out lickety-split

it ran great! at cruise it was around 14-14.5 AFR, sometimes high 13's. thats not horrible, but if it was reading that rich WITH an exhaust leak, could have really been around 10. thats rich. ill find better gaskets, not the cheap paper crap that was on it. i was thinking copper, but id rather get the nice graphite ones, but i need to find them local.

re checked the timing today. computer says 13 advanced at idle.... timing light says 5 advanced.... SOO time to re do the timing. all everything checked out when first started, so i screwed something up... with this fixed (when i do) and a diff exhaust. i think my power numbers will be much higher on the dyno.
