If one buys a car and finds this CD under the seat.......then gives it (for free) to another person to use. Is it still illegal to use?

Well I would think that every running 928 is a rolling advertisement for the quality/ longevity of the product but in case anyone is reading this "I Know Nothing"!!!! Love Hogans Hero's and I am 1/2 German so is that a defense?

I'm just paranoid about things like this.

I have a family friend who's kids were downloading music and sending it to their friends, in the "early" days. They were "selected" by the music companies to be one of the "examples" of what they could do. Cost them just over a $100,000 (from their own pocket) before they "went away"

I hear you on this. I have this argument with my teens all the time. Luckily I monitor and control their tech. via kidswatch and firewall. If they misbehave their technology goes dark and their machines get wiped. An extra chore, but cheaper than 100,000K

It's only a matter of time until they become aware of this....and boldly talking about it on the internet isn't going to make them any happier....and you'd guess stuff like this would give them knowledge about what doors to go knock on....
Dude, that is so 2005.

Get with the program.
