I was in Costco and I just had to buy the high pressure sprayer they had on sale and guess what I drove to the big city that day.

Its was tight and hard to get the rear closed but we did it. The wife had to move her seat forward a little but shes petite so not a big deal......team

A Porsche 928 Pick-up. What a great idea. I could call it El CaPorscho!

Good work!

I managed to fit the complete interior to a much larger car (4 door saloon) in my 928... guy I was buying it from was speechless when he saw me pull up, remarking I "should have brought a more practical car".. I explained this is my practical car! He started to see things my way as he watched all that stuff load up into the shark..

+1 Nice, I bought a couple of upper kitchen cabinets last summer and threw then in the back of the 928 and drove home with them in their shipping boxes. No sweat.

Well, pickups server a purpose, I would hate to haul a yard of compost in the back of a 928.

You notice the new Porsche ads showing everyday people placing plants, bags of soil in their Porsche. Interesting concept but nothing like an 928, you should see what my wife packs for a 2-Day weekend trip

Yecks, good thing you didn't brake hard or hit anything. I don't know the seats can stop 100 lbs iron flying forward and knock you in the head.

I have a similar picture of a 951 motor in the back of my Cayenne Turbo.

I suppose that depends on what modern Porsches you are using.

Doubt you will see a 928 pulling this.

Default my new pickup

I've only had my 928 a month, and swore I'd try to keep it tidy (for some reason I never can keep a car clean), but my van gearbox fell apart the same week I got the car, so my first ever 928 is now my daily driver and my work transport... here it is today carrying 25 2'x2' welded aluminium panels to the powder-coaters.

Yes, I'm ashamed... (but impressed with the practicality of the 928, which was a pivotal point in its defense when persuading the missus of the need to buy it, so I guess there's some karma there somewhere..)

I'll bet you thought I was kidding. Here is a picture of my design concept. I already have one of the stripped out tubs cut nearly in two for the stretch.
