Default wheels

Upon closer inspection the fronts are 12x18 with a 10" back space. The rears are 12x18 with a 8 " back space.
I also cleaned up the front wheel a bit.

So if the online calculators are correct, a 12" rim with 10" backspacing gives an offset of 88.9, and a 12" rim with 8" backspacing gives an offset of 38.

How many inches of front fender flare does it take to get 12's on the front of your shark, and how many rack stops?

Got a meeting at UCIMC at 11. Will try to stop by. You need to drive the stroker now that it shifts....

Only if you're playing with it in a sandbox, apparently.

12s in the back, would work with a 8" backspace. however, thats what im running now but 11s. 335s, pinched in a bit. but I also have .5" spacers on the rear too. so this might be a close equal. certainly rear flaring will be needed.

fronts would be a challenge. 8" backspacing with 10" rims work for 305s up front, so, with 12s, but a 10" backspacing, this should be the exact fit i have currently. so, you need to pull the fender out or do some serious fender cuts. (pull the mounts on the fender and have that shark like vent to the rear of the fender as I have). turning radius with 8" backspacing, is a little tough, with 10" backspacing. better put on a few of the sterring rack spacers!
Brian! could be perfect! JUMP ON IT!

I do think the rears will fit.....the wheels on the widow are 12's with 8.25 back + a spacer....larry's are also 12's but 7.25 back, with no spacer....but of those are GTS+ widebodies....

The fronts are interesting....the Widow has 10's with 9" back or the same 88.9mm offset...BUT they rubbed a tiny bit on the inside, no rubbing on the outside with 295/30-18's....pretty good U turns too...with a 12" rim and the same offset the inner clearance goes DOWN by 25mm....plus another 25mm on the outside.... time for LOTS of rack stops....but its also a 3 piece rim, so its easy to change the outer hoops to something different too...

Dual disc clutch + new CMC piston not quite shortened enough = incomplete clutch release. Cured with more machining and a good bleed.
