Depends on what color you paint it.

I just cut mine off and shaped the top to accept the handle. Then pointed it red. Red makes it shift faster so faster times overall.

Well....the term short shifter usually refers to reducing the length of the throw, not the actual length of the shift lever

I'll let you police that. I'm still handling "OB." Thank you.

The commercial short shifters shorten the total length and move the holes apart for a dual-action shortening. I can only get one effect with my Sawzall.

Certainly has been raining. Pretty soggy out.

Good day for in-the-garage work. Going to get my new suspension adjusted for height and angles. Got 4 wheels that each point in their own direction.
