Are you looking for hotels? There are two in Leesburg about 20 minutes away that I would feel comfortable sending you and your 928 to. Let me know if you'd like info on them.
If you're bringing something, a side or dessert would be fine, but we're also happy to handle all the lunch arrangements so you don't have to worry about it. Especially considering you're coming from Richmond!

I need to change my oil after tracking the 928 last October. I would also like to hear from "The Minds" any advice on my coolant leak from the track also.

Timing belt check isn't a problem. I will bring my tool.
If folks want to go to Katie's which is on the way for most folks (just off of RT 7) there are a bunch of nice cars that go. Need to get there early as it is between 0700 and 0900.

3) At least one person coming has a timing belt light coming on. Can someone who has it bring the tool for checking the tension and help out with this? It seems like a pretty high priority item to me and since I've never had to do a timing belt on a 928, it's not something that I can personally commit to fixing, but I want to make sure that he gets taken care of.

They should bring some antifreeze and distilled water or 50/50 mix, may also want to add Redline WaterWetter if they don't have any in their system. Always easier to remove the top hose.

wow, I almost forgot about this. Hope to attend, pardon my Volvo....the 928 is still enjoying New England breezes.
I'll review the thread for details tomorrow..but, if the window/door is still open, I'm in for lunch (caught the $ post- sounds good) but probably not dinner. I'll be solo in the volvo.
