Unhappy Help needed with electrical issue - relay 191??

I started the car today and the dash instruments didn't were dead and the kickdown wasn't working. There was a buzzing coming from the fuse panel that would stop when the turn signal was on.

When I got it home, I opened the fuse panel and found which relay was making the noise. It is the one marked as "191" in the attached photo. What does this relay do and how difficult to get a replacement?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Why if that is acting up does it affect the kickdown switch and the instrument cluster??

Look at fuse 10. If your interior lights are out as well, look at fuse 24. If they blow on replacement, pull the overhead light down and check it for shorting against the body.

Thanks Bill. You were right fuse 10 was blown. I replaced that and I took the relay out and cleaned the contacts, took it apart and looked at it. Seemed ok. I gave it a spray of compressed air anyway in case there was some dirt in it somewhere. Put it back in and things were fine. Removed the remnants of an old car phone installation while I had the fuse panel open.

I'll probably end up ordering a replacement relay as a spare and after reading Dean's post I think I'll check to see if my battery is getting a bit weak.

But for now all is good and always thanks for the quick replies everyone.
