I have never been a big fan of 911s, but that is a sharp looking car, CONGRATS.

Thanks all...she has a few "untold quirks" compliments of the PO, but nothing too serious. I'm already discovering it's not much more difficult than than the Shark when it comes to DIY items.
I just purchased a Durametric, what an awesome tool...diagnose and clear faults![thumbup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/thumbup.gif)
It's very clean and the engine pulls nice. The car is lowered approx 2" with differnt springs, but the ride is smooth and man it's tight in the curves![rockon](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/rockon.gif)
My love is the 928 and always will be, but it's apples and oranges in comparison.

I recently did the same thing, but wouldn't say I came "out of the closet."

All it took for me was a test drive, and I was smitten. I couldn't resist - the 996s are such a great value. There's no way I can justify spending the extra cash on a 997 when my new toy is more than I can handle. I'm sure a side-by-side comparison might tempt me, but I couldn't be happier with it.
