Darien,

I have never been a big fan of 911s, but that is a sharp looking car, CONGRATS.

Thanks all...she has a few "untold quirks" compliments of the PO, but nothing too serious. I'm already discovering it's not much more difficult than than the Shark when it comes to DIY items.

I just purchased a Durametric, what an awesome tool...diagnose and clear faults

It's very clean and the engine pulls nice. The car is lowered approx 2" with differnt springs, but the ride is smooth and man it's tight in the curves

My love is the 928 and always will be, but it's apples and oranges in comparison.

I recently did the same thing, but wouldn't say I came "out of the closet."

All it took for me was a test drive, and I was smitten. I couldn't resist - the 996s are such a great value. There's no way I can justify spending the extra cash on a 997 when my new toy is more than I can handle. I'm sure a side-by-side comparison might tempt me, but I couldn't be happier with it.

Darien, looks great. I like the wheels on it. Are those Sport Technos? Wish we were still in Vegas to go cruise it. Enjoy!
