We’ll be getting together for lunch on Saturday, April 16 at Cypress Station Grill (same place as this time last year). Meet at 11 in the parking lot, then we'll wonder inside for lunch at some point. We had a great time last year and the food was also good, so please join us if you can.

From Houston, take the Spring Cypress exit, turn left under 290 and Cypress Station Grill will be a ¼ mile or so on the right before you get to Hempstead.

After lunch, a few folks are planning to stop by my place a few miles away, to check out my 89 engine swap project. Anyone that wants to stop by is welcome. If you need to take a look under your car, my lift will be available, and I also still have some 85 parts on hand if anyone needs anything.

If you really want to make a full day of it, there’s a Porsche gathering at 9am, in the shopping center next door, near Starbucks that I’ll probably check out.

Slight change in my plans... I had forgotten about my daughter's piano recital Sat at 2, so can't have anyone over right after the GTG, but I will be home and working on the TBF car by 2:30 or so if anyone wants to swing by.

Gonna try to make it as I would like to meet some of the locals, but I may not be in my shark as the A/C is in the middle of a complete overhaul and my passenger window decided to stop working. Going to take the door apart this evening and have a look. Don - may be needing that motor or regulator you have for sale.

Excellent Ken, see you tomorrow. Hope you can stop by the house afterwards as well, but like I said, won't be back at the house till 2:30 or so. Your advice would be appreciated on the TBF project.
