Virtually every day for the last 11 years...

Never failed to get me home - excepting 4 easily remedied but inconvenient battery failure issues...

I am also guilty of driving to work in my 88 S4 every day. I also look for excuses to drive places in the evening.

I just put my son's car seat, and drove him to school today. I had been driving the car two days a week. Based on what I'm reading it's time to drive this every day, unless it rains.

Driving mine everyday also, and have yet to come across another car in my commute that has the presence or character of my 928.

It just keeps getting better. I'm not sure if it's linked, but it keeps getting dirtier as well!

Jon I know what you mean. I have coffe cup's, wrappers, sweaty tennis shirts, happy meals in the back and the occasional toy!

If it were my college day's I would hate to think what would be in it!

I will be again when I get the shifter back up and going ... the pass side floor board is full of Red Bull and empty smokes ...and the trusty small tool box in the hatch dove it all winter to work till the snow got to deep then I kick it over to the 1990 Audi V8 quattro ... ( I'm a gluten for punishment )

I really meant the outside of the car from driving. I tend not to keep ANYTHING in the car that I don't regularly use. I don't keep trash in the car at all. The only things visible in my car on any given day are maybe a pair of gloves or a beanie for when it's kinda chilly on the way to work, and whatever i'm taking to work that day. Once i'm home or at work it comes out.

I can get by with the exterior being dirty (for a bit, I do like a good detail), but I can't stand clutter inside a vehicle.

for the year ive had my 928, i have lived in san francisco, where i walked to work and drove weekends. But now im moving to michigan and cant wait to drive it everyday....it was actually a big incentive for the move....when i look at 'project 928' book and the pics of the engineers running the 928 through snow, mud and sand, Its easy to realize that they built and tested this vehicle as a brute, through and through....I think given its versatility, functionality, and performance it was one of the worlds first crossovers...and meant to be driven hard. very hard. every. single. day.
