so i put 184 miles on her this weekend. cruised 60 miles to my parents, then today me and my father put 80 miles on hitting 3 auto zones and 1 advanced looking for a wire loom for his 68 gto. never found them but we did cruise all over, then i headed home. She ran great with no problems.

Awesome job!
Now , or soon she needs new shiny paint. I painted my car which I had never done before. Lots of labour but painting realy was easy! Cost me under 700 bucks!
She isn't show quality but people comment all the time!
If you want to do it right check out Dean Fuller! The man is on a misson.

Thanks! Lots of block sanding. I paid an old retired painter to show me, help with the process. He gave me a block sander. I asked about a DA sander to save time, labour etc. He said they were for *****'s!
So I block sanded the whole car by hand , and block sanded off two guide coats by hand! He would abuse me the whole time. I would ask him how my sanding was, how an area looked and he would tell me it looked like F'in crap. Keep Sanding!
He abused me thru the whole process. Old school. Reminded me of my Dad who was a Marine. I actually really had a good time. Couldn't wait to sand and listen to his ball busting!
Worth every hr!

Now is the time to change out the ball stud that the clutch arm pivots on. Get the one that has a larger diameter "neck" and threads. You will need to drill/tap the hole, but the ball is the same size.
