Got a response and here is what the VIN pulled up from Porsche
M28:42 engine
A28.12 trans
M018-sport ste-ering wheel with elevated hub
M139 -seat heating left
M340 Seat heating right
M418 side moldings
M494 additional amp
M533 Alarm
M570 rear A/C
M650 Sunroof
Nothing special about it at all. Generic S4 Auto

Maybe it's related to that 928GTE?
Not only the rear spoiler but the side skirts also appear to be A.I.R. pieces as they are curved at the wheel ends... like mine.
At least I admit my parts are aftermarket!

If I were seriously interested, I'd want to see a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche. Absent that, I remain skeptical.

Here's the response I received...
"Thanks for your email, The information that was put in the ad was as I was informed by Porsche AG after running the VIN and option codes through Porsche NA and was referred to Porsche AG. I have posted all of the information that Porsche had given to me 10 years ago when I purchased it."
I, too, remain skeptical....like the hippo.

I'd like to see those "letters" from PCNA or PAG! LOL! If they were true, he would have been better off taking pics of the letters and the documentation and posting those than the pics of the car and then he would be selling that AWESOME ONE OF A KIND NEVER BEFORE SEEN OR HEARD OF 928 for $50k+!
