George Suennen's supercharged S4 cracked 2 arms of the front flexplate. It made a racket when you killed the motor, but otherwise was not apparent. We tracked the noise to the bellhousing area pretty easily, discovered the problem and replaced it with a used set of plates and clamp, which are balanced units. That was about 4 years ago. The replacement unit is holding up fine despite 500+HP and torque.

As I have to pull the TT back to replace it I will be calling Constantine to get a clamp.

Why has my flex plate cracked - common issue?
Wow - seriously?

But you didn't have a clamp already installed so your situation is completely unrelated, right?
