The #32 fuse (for the RH front signal) gets REALLY hot every time current goes thru it, to the point where I branded my fingertip! I put a little water on it and it will sizzle on-off, on-off in time w/ the relay clicking. Also the LH tab of the relay gets hot, too. They are laid out in an upside-down "U" arrangement.
I re-cleaned the 2 grounds along the front, and the 2 above the fuse panel. No change.
The front bulb connections are all good. I had the assembly out and cleaned them.
What's yer thinkin?

OK the problem is finally fixed. It was my own stupidity that was the real culprit .
So I changed all the bulbs, like you guys suggested. I noticed the RF socket was corroded a bit, so I removed the whole assembly to clean it and reinstalled it. Still not fixed.
Then I spent like 3 hours pulling the car apart tracing the circuit from the dash around and thru the fusebox, out the harness, to the corner. STILL not fixed!
Then in a flash of inspiration, I switched the 2 connectors at the corner assembly... Yep, they were backwards. I was grounding out the circuit with them.
Moral of the story: I AM AN IDIOT!
(but at least I have a nice car)

what about the green light on the dash, illlumiates but doesnt light up. no flashers either. then, when the car is warm, the flashers and turn signals work. I can hear a little click once with the relay, but no lights are illuminated at the rear or front of the car. when it click clock click clocks, the lights at front and tail blink. flasher or turnsignal relay problem?
