Sterling

I will buy your plastic oil filler neck.

Does your metal one have the tin metal plate that seats on the bottom?

Sterling, I'm interested in the seat rails. I was wondering how much they would lower the seats and will they work on my 1986 seats? I'm 6'5" and I fit ok but with a helmet it's murder. Thanks, Brian

Also interested in the answer to Brian's question, didn't realize that one could buy headroom with manual rail swaps. Got the part # for these rails?

not sure on the part numbers. It's actually a collection of parts that I removed from a set of manual sport seats.....

Made me go look- STZ catalog, sheet 808-55. Left sport seat, up to '89, manually adjustable, outer rail: 928 521 489 10.

Strangely enough, also listed in the '86 924S catalog...

Left sport seat, manually adjustable, inner rail, 928 521 492 08.

These sound right?

EDIT- Gotcha, Sterling. I THINK the above would be for '87-95, I don't see a reference to manual rails for any of the 85-86 seats (sheets 808-10, 808-20, 808-50) but I'd bet Paul Champagne knows the fitment issues.

Is there an advantage of the plastic filler neck over the metal one? Can you get the metal mesh for the metal neck or is it NLA?

Sterling,

Do you still have those manifolds? If so, I will take them.

Thanks
Hans

Default FS. 1990 Timing Belt Tensioner

I have the timing belt tensioner off my 1990 S4. Works just fine, just wanted to put a Porkensioner on. Figure it has to be worth something. New are $1100, rebuilt are $395.

Someone gives me $100 plus shipping I'll send it to you.
