Hey Guys, there is a hole in the back of my intake/spider looking at it from front of the hood, is it suppose to have a plug there or not. mine is just an open hole.

In the picture below, is the hole you are referring to in the location pointed at by the green arrow? If so, there should not be an open hole there. Mine has a black plastic plug as you can see from the picture below.

yeah, a hole in the spider would represent unmetered air in the intake. That would not be good for your air/fuel ratio.

Hole
That hole is only for the cis fueled cars, the hole is cast completely through the intake mani and there is no "Hole" per se. It is threaded if you don't like it just thread a bolt into it for peace of mind!
