So I just tried to call Jeannie at 928 Specialists, and couldn't get through, hopefully she's working on someone's order.

But I did go to the Beech Mountain Chamber website and they have us marked down as coming back.

I think we all need to show them how much we are looking forward to the event this year and post a comment on their website.

Panty bunch straighten out with a little lube and a tighter double nut. Soaked the suspect nut with Kroil and finally spun her off. Remnants of blue Loctite might explain hesitation.

Didn’t have anything in my arsenal big enough to chase the threads so I just cleaned them lightly with a wire brush and they looked fine. Inserted new pin on other side, snugged everything down to 103… life is good.

Now I have two junk pins that might make a nice set of nunchucks.

Fraggle, I think Rob and Steve are going to meet us in Alcoa. You should really consider trying to make that happen.
In other news, I was replacing a steering rack boot tonight and found out I have to replace my tie rod assembly. Hooray!
