What happens when you follow these instructions??
Duckman, check the rear lower control arms where they
bolt to the rear cross member,
they get torqued to 140 ft/lb.
If they are tight then replace the lower control arm bushings that the 140 ft/ bl bolts secure
In inspect the upper control arms for worn bushings as well
also check that the shocks were not put back with the bevel washers missing this will make the lower hub slide front to back on the lower pin bolt

checked lower arm bolts, tight as can be. bushings look good from what i can tell, and by trying to move them with pry bar. seem solid. what about this driver upper arm? the pictures i took are of the inside joint, on the crossmember. its seems to be "back" towards the rear of the car and hitting that washer, as where my pass side arms still has about an 1/8 gap between the washer and arm.

Did you check the pressures?
My car will "torque steer" with a 5psi difference.

Just was starting with the basics.
I might head up your way this summer. There is a guy in Albuquerque that has a bumper I want. If/when I go I will look you up. He is being stubborn on the price.

the upper control arm bushings can move around some,
and if your careful you can pry the arms away from the limit washer.
If your getting the rear is loose feeling replacing the lower control arm to rear subframe bushings will usually cure it the control arms must be removed and a good press used to swap out the bushings

Speaking of tire pressures, what type and pressure are you running? I had some Bridgestone S-02 Pole Positions once that, if you had too much pressure, the rear would feel like it was on ball bearings the way it would shift side to side - under acceleration but especially under braking. Lowering the pressures solved the problem.

I had the rear tire diameter difference once, driving home from the track. very close, but enough to pull when ONLY I stabbed it.
I also had the upper control arm fail too, with the bushing being pushed out of the housing. easy to detect when you jack up the car and put a tire wrench on the lug and tighen . by pulling up on the wrench you can move the wheel in the suspension and see if something is bad.
could also be alignment.
