Pun intended I hope.

The meaning of Christmas has been lost be most. But there are always a few families that still get it.

Happy holidays to all.

JOYEUX NOËL ET UNE TRÈS BONNE ANNÉE À TOUS.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL RENNLISTERS AND THEIR FAMILY.

And many thanks to all the parts suppliers and the very knowledgeable Rennlisters without who it would not be possible for me own such a great car as the 928.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to my fellow 928 owners! I hope you have a safe and enjoyable holiday!

Here's a little poem I wrote last Christmas Eve - Enjoy!

'Twas the night before Christmas, all shark owners in bed,

sweet dreams of new parts dancing in our heads;

The wrenches were cleaned and sorted with care,

get ready for wrenching, shark owners prepare;

on water pump, on timing belt, follow the specs,

intake refresh, fuel line repair, perform double checks;

Don’t forget the fluids, they should be changed too,

the coolant drips down our arm and fills our shoe;

Change oil and filter with speed and with haste,

When the oil drains out, it splashes our face;

When we strip that stubborn bolt, no need to despair,

the 928 forum responds with great care;

Impressive is the community with knowledge and insight,

responding to posts all hours of the night;

Don’t forget the vendors with parts for every need,

shipping our parts with lightening fast speed;

Go Roger, go Dave, go Mark, quick as you may,

with your service and help, you save the day;

We have our inventors, they’re just like Shark Elves,

delivering better-than-new parts, with whistles and bells;

Constantine’s Clamps and Porken’s Lift Bars,

they make it a snap to work on our cars;

We keep the sharks running which is very smart,

all except Brendan, who takes ‘em apart!

Now my story is done there’s much more to be told,

But I must work on my shark outside where it’s 35 degrees cold;

Here’s to all the shark owners, dedicated and true,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to every one of you!

And I'll join in with a Merry Christmas to this great gang of fellow 928'ers! There used to be a guy in Bermuda who gave weather and routing to amateur sailors all over the Atlantic. Christmas Eve years ago I was sitting in a marina, tuned in to shortwave, and heard boats all over the seas chime in with a "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" to him, as thanks and holiday greetings. Wish we could do that now to each other, and maybe especially those stalwarts who make this site so amazing, you know and we know who you are! All the best!

Merry Christmas to all. Visiting my son and daughter-in-law in SoCal. Just found out I'm going to be a GrandPa next year!

Well, I made it a couple days and halfway into Christmas without a RL 'fix'. I just can't help myself. At least I'm past that first 'denial' stage...

Merry Christmas to all! SantaBob me got a lift, just picked the car up fro the first time yesterday so all is well here in who-ville. (that's the "tommy" Who, not the green one, BTW) No big mudslides here on the hill from the torrential rains last week. Good omens for the New Year!
