Hey Jerry I just finished up reading through the back pages of this entire thread and there was talk of you producing "louvers" any word/updates on those? I'd luv to see a pic if available?

I don't have any plan to try to make louvers, but I did post a picture of what I thought was a form of original louvers that could be made utilizing three or more of the S4 and later rear wings. I can't remember where I posted that, but I think several guys got a kick out of it.

By the way, I neglected to to sew the velcro to the leather before the leather was glued over the whole thing. So, I just glued it to the leather with good contact cement. The mating piece of velcro is attached to the item and you can glue it or fasten it to the side panel however you like. Or, you can remove the velcro and fashiopn any other kind of fastener you might come up with.
Let me know it the fit is off too much and we can try again, or maybe you will be able to pull some of the leather back and trim the plastic. if needed.

I shipped the foot rest today and they say it will be there Monday. If you want the tracking number let me know and I will PM it to you.

I was going to work on the suggested thread, but find that too many of my pictures are too dense and need to be retaken with a different density. Too, I find that the Goodrich ad that appears on my computer in this forum is precluding me from using the back arrow to get back to a previous page which requires me to have to leave the Forum each time I need to go back and then re-enter and start over. Does anyone else have that same problem?

History filling ads killing back button.
I know I’ll get torched for posting this here instead of OT but I don’t care. And before I get ragged on for still using IE just let me say, don’t bother, all the others suck just as bad in different ways.
Now to the point: Does anyone have a way to prevent these BS ads from rendering my back button useless?
This really ticks me off and rennlist is the only site where I have this problem.
Rennlist could you please be more selective on the ads you allow.
And yes, I am computer illiterate so maybe this is just my problem and no one else has issues.
Any comments?

I continue to have requests about these Spare Tire Covers. They are still readily available. I just picked up a small supply of material to make another batch and will be working on them in the next few days. The price is still $75 plus $20 for S&H to domestic addresses. Let me know if you are in need of one of these Covers.

I was surprised to get an order for one of these to Australia because I had shipped about 43 of them there a year and a half ago in a group buy we set up. The group buy brought the shipping each to about $20, but the one I just shipped today by its self was just under $55. It would be nice to set up another group buy, but, as before, I thought we had the AU market pretty well saturated.
Thanks Dale for your order.

And another one is on the way there. Too bad I was not able to combine the shipping is some way.
There must be a lot of 928s in AU, or at least those that are there are pretty smart about how to upgrade theirs.

I have just finished one of these which I thought was going to go to London, but that didn't work out, mainly because of the $55 cost of mailing it, I think.
I also have about 10 or 11 blanks of the material drilled for mounting in the forming machine for the 30 minute process of changing them from flat to the desired formed contour and then the trimming, drilling, and hand finishing required.
Anyone else up for one of these to upgrade your 928?
