FWIW, the red stud can be any one of the five. Factory put the red spot on one [random] stud so that it would be easy to get the wheel on the same rotation every time. Chasing a vibration or imbalance, and especially when using on-the-car balancing, it would be a shame to lose that accuracy when removing and repacing a wheel for something simple like cleaning or inspection.

To tell if you have BIG blacks/big reds or standard S4 brakes on the front, measure the pads. The S4 pad is 48mm tall, the big Red/Black is 58mm tall (not long). Also the rotor for the S4 has a 304mm diameter the Big Red/Black is 322mm in diameter.
