I highly recommend these switches. I bought a set early on and have not looked back. Works perfect.

I ended up with Carl Lundberg's switches (uninstalled) when we swapped parts. His configuration does not support the sunroof, has express window and a lock function. What are my options to use this in my car?

That was a big help. I see that I am missing the sunroof module as well as the icons. I will reach out for pricing and options.

I'd assume (just a guess) that the lock icon is intended for central locking duty.

Perhaps the window with arrows are auto open & close for either the driver's window only or possibly for both windows. Have to assume this was for a no sunroof car...?

Its just a switch panel so in the end what it does is limited only by what DEI modules you have (can change these) and what you connect it to. You could always locate the stock sunroof switch somewhere else if using this. I always thought that was a poor location for it anyway - actually even for the window switches too - one of Porsche's less good ideas.

I've come to the conclusion that window switches should ALWAYS be on the door below the window - its the logical placement. By the same logic the sunroof switch should be nearer the sunroof, and the rear wiper switch nearer your hand when driving. I dislike just about everything about that little switch console. Including how many functional issues it creates, poor switches, binding face plates, worn off logos... etc (this update solves that latter part).

5 minutes in another car with window switches on the door and I "forget" the 928 arrangement. I agree, it is not an ergonomic solution.

If it is in good shape and comes with the connected modules, I'll take it.

Mark,

Thanks for the pics. Looks a little rough, so I think I'll pass. Hopefully they will be available new again some day.
