Loses injector pulse, but has spark. Won't fire up again until the next day!
I'm thinking it's the factory alarm.

Not sure the issue - could be the alarm. I think you can disconnect it and it will still run. It;s located under the passenger seat.
Also, you might try following the LH/EZK test points in my signature.

Doing some testing, I see that ezk pin 22 hall sender has no voltage... should it have 5 volts?
I also have no problem with signal from EZK to LH... and there is spark at the plugs.... just no injector pulse and no fuel pump (fuel pump runs when jumped)
And oddly enough, I'm sure that if I leave the car alone right now, and come back in the morning, it will start and run for a minute and then die.

It seems to be related to the grounds in the rear of the motor. Tomorrow I will remove the fuel dampers (sighhhh) and clean the connections well... I will also clean the motor ground. I replace the battery ground strap tonight.....
And one final note- I do notice that after I wiggle the harness by the MAF, where the grounds are, I can get the car to start- it still dies - but I can faithfully get it to at least fire up....
I did see that the tach is not functioning, and all the lights stay on on the dash (while running), and I mean ALL OF THEM. WTH!
