The sad truth is that although I love the car and can't think of anything I'd rather do than hold onto it and quietly do it up, I need to sell and get some cash quickly. She's on the market and has met reserve well below market price here. At today's conversion rate, that's about US$6500. A lot of car for the money!

Nice! I'd put a set of rubber mats in it myself to protect the carpet, but she's looking really well.

Well the sad day came all too soon. Yesterday I put my beloved Porsche on a car transporter and she headed off to her new owner who lives 7 hours away. At least I had some of the most enjoyable driving experiences in my life in the old girl before letting her go.

A very sad day indeed.
