Default Pictures and a couple questions.

I finally was able to wash and wax the car yesterday! I included a few pics of when it arrived on the truck last Wednesday and after I was done with it yesterday.

I have a couple questions.

1. there is one small rust spot under the back spoiler on the quarter panel, it is smaller than the end of my pinkee. It appears this is a common area for rust, is it something that will get worse and I need to fix now?

2. My front spoiler is in one piece, but torn on both sides. Ted had it glued together before, but it was torn up coming off the truck again. I found a few threads on repairing it with the bumper repair kit from auto zone, is this a fairly easy process? Does the repair kit come with everything or do I need something else to brace the spoiler where it is torn?

3. The car runs great except when it is cold. If I am not careful it grinds into 2nd and 3rd slightly when it is very cold, ut shifts fine once it warms up a little. Is this something I should be worried about? When it is very cold the engine is very unsmooth, feels like it is missing a couple cylinders, but once again as soon as it warms up a little it runs fine.

4. It appears there used to be a decal or paint on the Porsche lettering on the back. It is almost gone except for a few remnants, is there supposed to be a decal there or white paint? I have looked through pics and seen some with white lettering and some with same color as the body.
Thanks again for everyones help on here, no way I would have gotten a 928 so quickly and known what to look for without this site.

Get a lettering kit from Nicole at hooked on cars.com They fit in the recessed part of your bumper exactly. You can choose your color. I did silver. Looks really nice.

you can fix the spoiler with some urethane bumper repair epoxy get a tube at the the body shop supply it costs about 35.00 for a tube ,
I use the 3 min to set epoxy you should also use some aluminum plates and a few rivets to secure the plates to the rearside of the spoiler.

USE wood blocks under the front wheels next time you put it on a truck

Is the urethane bumper repair epoxy a 3M product? Also, won't rivets show on the spoiler?

Thanks

2nd is relatively common. I don't know about third though.
