Doing a rear seat delete along with new carpet and component sound system. Can the amp next to the pass seat be taken out ? Also, what is the large round female connector and silver box ? Thank you, the rookie.

Don't remove the silver box (fan controller) or the connector (diagnostic port).

The LARGE ROUND FEMALE CONNECTOR is the diagonstics connector and the SILVER BOX is the fan controller, you should leave them, or relocate them.

I would go into his profile and change his default viewing to the smallest font possible.......and some color that blends in with the stock background.

Thats harsh Hacker, 2 e-mails dedicated to rant about CAPS with no answer to the question posted. I should have mentioned that I also did a rear A/C delete. Is this the fan controller for the front or rear? If it is for the rear, can it be deleted? Also, how far can the diagnostic plug be moved? Would like to put a fire extinguisher or ? in its place. Thank you

The fan controller is for the front engine cooling fans. I think relocating it would be rather difficult since there are 3 dozen or so wires in there.

That large port is your diagnostic port. I would look for a different place for a fire ext mount, like in front of the seat with a mount that bolts in and you don't have to cut anything else out.
